Community Guidelines

• You must be 21 or older.
• You must be signed in to DeepChamp with Apple or Google.
• You need a Huddle handle. Pick one that is not someone else’s name or brand.

Do not post, send or link to any of the following:

• Selling picks, paid groups, subscriptions or “VIP” access.
• Sportsbook or venue promo codes, referral links or affiliate links.
• Scams of any kind, or asking people to DM you for money or picks.
• Invites to other platforms, such as Telegram, Discord, WhatsApp or Whop.
• Harassment, hate, threats or sexual content.
• Doxxing or anyone’s private information (real names, addresses, phone numbers, emails, photos of documents).
• Impersonating another person, a brand, a sportsbook or the DeepChamp team.
• Guaranteed-win claims or made-up records.

Records shown in the app are computed from locked picks. Claims you type yourself, such as a record or a slip you say you hit, are labeled Unverified.

• Posts, photos and voice notes are checked for safety by automated systems, including AI services (TypeSafe, OpenAI and Google image safety). We may later add Anthropic’s Claude; it does not see posts today. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
• An AI host, labeled “AI”, posts game information and answers questions. It can be wrong. What it says is information, not betting advice.

We use a ladder:

1. A warning.
2. A 24-hour mute.
3. A 7-day mute.
4. A ban.

Scams, threats, any sexual content involving minors, and doxxing lead to an immediate ban.

Automated actions can be reversed. You can appeal a decision once from Huddle settings, and we decide appeals within 72 hours.

• To report a message or a person, long-press any message or profile and tap Report. We review reports within 24 hours, usually much sooner.
• You can also block or mute anyone you do not want to hear from.
• If someone shared an intimate image of you, use “Report an intimate image of me”. We remove it within 48 hours.

In the app, go to Huddle settings and tap Contact the team. You can also email vanessa@inovaplatforms.com or visit Support.

• DeepChamp and Huddle are for people 21 and older.
• Everything in DeepChamp, including Huddle, is information, not betting advice. No wagering happens in DeepChamp.
• If gambling stops being fun, call or text 1-800-MY-RESET (1-800-697-3738). If you are in crisis, call or text 988.
• You can step away any time with “Take a break” in the app.
