4. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information for various professional purposes:
- Service Delivery: To provide, maintain, and improve DeepChamp AI and its AI analysis features.
- Account Management: To manage your registration, subscriptions, and verify your identity.
- Personalization: To tailor content and analysis to your specific interests and usage history.
- Communication: To send you technical notices, updates, security alerts, and support messages.
- Messaging Features: To send and receive customer-support messages, app-access help, onboarding questions, sports-intelligence replies, picks, alerts, referral messages, account-linking messages, subscription support, and related iMessage, SMS, RCS, MMS, WhatsApp, email, push, and in-app communications when you request or consent to those channels.
- Consent and Compliance: To record consent, terms acceptance, opt-out, help, delivery, and suppression evidence; prevent unwanted messages; comply with platform, carrier, billing, and legal obligations; and resolve disputes.
- Personalization: To tailor picks, sports intel, alerts, reminders, plan recommendations, and support to your stated sports, teams, players, goals, budget, location, account status, and preferences.
- Marketing Attribution: To track the performance of our advertising via IDFA and third-party tools. In the iOS app, cross-company advertising measurement and tracking SDKs are enabled only after you authorize tracking through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. Declining does not limit the app's core features.
- Security: To detect, prevent, and address technical issues or fraudulent activity.

- Email Delivery: Resend for transactional, account, and support email you request or are eligible to receive.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our terms of service, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Inova Platforms, Inc., our users, or others.
We do not sell, rent, or share SMS/MMS/RCS/iMessage/WhatsApp opt-in data, mobile phone numbers, messaging handles, or messaging consent records with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
6. Messaging, AI Assistant, And Text-Channel Data
If you opt in to, request, or initiate a DeepChamp AI messaging experience, we collect and use your mobile number, messaging handle, consent status, consent timestamp, source page, IP/device metadata where available, terms version, conversation records, delivery/read status, reactions, attachments, voice memo/audio metadata, contact-card/referral events, and opt-out/help keywords to provide the requested messaging service and maintain compliance records.
Messaging may include onboarding, account linking, customer support, app-access help, sports-intelligence replies, picks, player-prop research, alerts, subscription help, referral sharing, and retention/winback messages, depending on what you request or consent to receive. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help.
Consent to promotional texting is optional and is not required to purchase or use the app. If you request a service delivered by text or messaging, we need to use that channel to provide the requested service. You may also contact support by email at contact@inovaplatforms.com or by text/call at (562) 512-5606.
We may use AI systems and service providers to generate, summarize, route, personalize, audit, and improve message-based support and sports-intelligence responses. Do not send complete payment-card numbers, passwords, government IDs, or other highly sensitive information through text or chat.
7. Data Deletion & Account Closure
In compliance with Apple App Store requirements and international data protection laws, we provide a simple and direct way to delete your account and associated data.
To delete your account:
- Open the DeepChamp AI app and navigate to Settings or Profile.
- Select Delete Account.
- Confirm your request. Your account and personal data will be removed from our active application databases after the secure deletion process completes. If a processor or database is temporarily unavailable, your account remains available so the request can be retried safely rather than reporting a completed deletion that did not finish.
Deleting your DeepChamp account does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store or Stripe subscription. Cancel the subscription through the billing provider used for the purchase. We may retain limited consent, billing, refund, chargeback, security, suppression, and legal records where required, and our processors may retain data under their own legal obligations and retention schedules.
Alternatively, you may request data deletion by emailing us at contact@inovaplatforms.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." We will process your request within 7 business days.
8. Data Retention
We will retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your information to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.
We may retain consent, terms acceptance, billing, refund, chargeback, opt-out, suppression, and messaging-delivery records for longer periods where reasonably necessary to prove consent, honor opt-outs, prevent unwanted messages, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, or comply with law.
9. Data Security
The security of your data is important to us. We implement industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical security measures. However, remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
10. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights:
- Access & Portability: The right to request copies of your personal data.
- Rectification: The right to request that we correct any information you believe is inaccurate.

12. Changes to This Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
