6. SMS And Customer-Support Messaging

If you opt in to DeepChamp AI Support text messages, we collect and use your mobile number, consent status, consent timestamp, support conversation records, delivery status, and opt-out/help keywords to provide customer support and app-access help. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help.

Support texting is optional. Consent to receive support texts is not required to purchase or use DeepChamp AI. You may also contact support by email at contact@inovaplatforms.com or by text/call at (562) 512-5606.

7. Data Deletion & Account Closure

In compliance with Apple App Store requirements and international data protection laws, we provide a simple and direct way to delete your account and associated data.

To delete your account:

1. Open the DeepChamp AI app and navigate to Settings or Profile.
2. Select Delete Account.
3. Confirm your request. Your account and personal data will be purged from our active databases immediately.

Alternatively, you may request data deletion by emailing us at contact@inovaplatforms.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." We will process your request within 7 business days.

We will retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your information to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.
